Sivan was born on May 19th, 1983 in Ashkelon.  Sivan's father is Reoven ראובן Bouskila (בוסקילה) and her mother is Naomi נעמי Bouskila (בוסקילה).  Her maternal grandparents were Meir (Ben Baha) מאיר amzallag (אמזלג) ז"ל and Eisha עיישה amzallag (אמזלג).  She is the youngest of six children.  She has a brother and four sisters, named Yair, Irit, Orna, Annat and Routi.
